Many different reasons lead people to wanting to change their diets. Often it happens when babies are born into the family or when illness strikes. And I believe that more and more people are concerned what is going into the food they eat and want to gain more control over what they put into their bodies. The table pictured here happens to show lots of homemade dairy products, my style of cuisine varies hugely and I feel confident in many diets, including GF and Vegan.
